| Job Description: | Ambassador Personnel is hiring overnight bakery sanitation workers in the New Orleans area. This is a great opportunity with a growing company. Job requirements: Performs a variety of cleaning duties to ensure that the plant meets/maintains sanitation standards. Candidate must be able to stand, stoop, bend, stretch and climb under and onto machinery and equipment. Ability to routinely push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 400 lbs. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Must be able to enter and exit confined spaces. Must be able to distinguish color coded equipment. Must be able to distinguish operating lights and panels on machinery and equipment. Must be able to hear and identify audible alarm system. Must be able to hear and identify normal and abnormal equipment operating sounds. Must be able to work in an environment up to 100 degrees. Must be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English and/or other language, if required. Must be able to read, comprehend and practice necessary safety procedures. Must be able to wear/use approved applicable safety equipment, as needed. Must be willing to perform any other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies. Must have six months or more related production experience. |
