How Do We Find Qualified Applicants?

We start by checking our own extensive network of in-house candidates, which may include previously screened applicants, plus our many client and applicant referrals. We also use various advertising and search methods including:

How Do We Assess Our Applicants?

We meet each applicant in person to review their qualifications, education and work experience. We offer a variety of testing to verify and evaluate the applicant’s skill sets. We go over job history, salary preferences, strengths and weaknesses, training and schedules. Meeting face to face allows us to evaluate each applicant’s personality and mannerisms, and gauge in which type of environment they will work best. And we perform work history verification and reference checks to gain insight as to work habits and job performance.
